The central organization and the individuals who lead the secret military organization Mithril is the “General Council.” The man who serves as the chairman during the e-conference is an elderly British gentleman, who appears to be the chief executive, named Lord Malory. Mithril touts the ideal “to stop international disputes” – but the true nature of those who stand at the pinnacle of this organization is shrouded in mystery.
Lord Malory is a mysterious personage who clothes himself in 3-piece suits. Even this image is merely the 3-dimensional projection from the holoscreen. It is not even known whether “Malory” is his real name.
