Youko Wakana
This paranoid policewoman could drive a police car (or any vehicle) up stairs or sneak through a narrow street. Her first appearance was during “A fruitless lunchtime” where she chased the couple Kaname and Sousuke because they were trying to return to classes on time by double riding on a stolen bike. Her position in the police department was lowered from the Traffic Division when she failed to bring them in and instead destroyed a vehicle, endangered her partner and annihilated several public landmarks in the unsuccessful pursuit. Her demotion turns her to hired work finishing up crimes until she is able to redeem herself in her career line of work.
She blames her current state on the two she was pursuing and therefore fosters a deep grudge for Sousuke and Kaname. Because of the glare of the sunlight she could only make out Sousuke Sagara’s face, limiting his involvement in the Pony incident to his newly enhanced Bonta-kun suit. Wakana ends up attacking Bonta-kun thinking he is a ‘copy cat’ culprit (no pun intended), doubling her redemption. She is pretty fierce, smart and strong. After putting the Pony behind bars she turns her sights to Bonta-kun and the two whom have caused her so much anguish, ironically unaware that they are one in the same.—fmp_whispered
