Also goes by Rikarudo Plado, this twenty nine year old served in the Peru Army Special Forces. He was the most skilled of the three top soldiers at the training camp then Petty Officer Melissa Mao came to observe during her recruitment for the Uruz 6 and Uruz 7 spots in the Special Response Unit; ranging from airborne descent, underwater and reconnaissance strategies and quite familiar with the nature of explosives. He polishes up his well-rounded record by holding licenses and more than adequate flying time experience in both twin-engine and helicopter transports.

When a group of “loyal revolutionaries” kidnaps the Perugan President’s daughter for $5,121,076.52 exact ransom he was one of the trainees that volunteered due to the lack of instructors to compile a rescue squad. Team Sapphire was captured during the attempt, Ricardo was held prisoner with the other two top notch students while the rear team of four; comprised of Petty Officer Melissa Mao, Sergeant Zimmer, Sergeant Sousuke Sagara and Sergeant Kurz Weber defeated the enemy.

Ricardo was ultimately not selected for Mithril’s Special Response Unit despite his sparkling record in lieu of the spots going to Sergeant Kurz Weber and Sergeant Sousuke Sagara.—MIZ
