Issei Tsubaki
An extremely practiced martial artist—especially given his sight condition—Issei Tsubaki is no match for pretty women. This hardened fighter flushes at most girls (except Inaba Mizuki!) and especially desires the favor of Miss Chidori enough to fight Sousuke for it. If the two happen to run into one another on a rooftop, hidden alleys, hallways, you name it! A battle is pretty much going down.
Issei is always up for a good challenge. His stamina and speed come from teaching his three followers and sparring with them daily. Mr. Issei is dedicated to his skill and his oversized pupils.
